General information for patients staying overnight at Quay Park
Surgical Centre:
Visitors
Visiting hours are flexible, which you can arrange with your nurse,
however we do require all visitors to depart by 8:30pm.
Parent/Caregiver Staying
If a child or persons with special needs is staying overnight at
Quay Park Surgical Centre we are able to cater for one
parent/caregiver to stay the night with them. However there is a small
cost involved and this needs to be discussed with the Quay Park team one
week prior to their surgery date.
Discharge Time
We do require all patients to be discharged and collected by 11am the
morning following their operation, unless otherwise arranged by the
surgeon. If you are unable to be collected by 1am there is an extra
charge.
